Professional Scrum Master 1

With Flanv International Inc., you can learn Scrum and become a better Professional Scrum Master (PSM) with our interactive and activity-based course that allows the students to understand the professional Scrum in a much better way. In addition, our Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM1) training validates and enhances the candidate’s depth of knowledge in the Scrum framework and all of its applications.

In this training course, our students learn and explore the Agile and Scrum principles to help them better understand how better to support their team and organization with their skills. Our training program uses a combination of instructor-led activity-based learning where the students work together in teams. In addition, our Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) bring their years of Scrum Master experience and stories and use their skills as professionals to teach. Using their unique style, they create a training program that is engaging, enjoyable and offers a great learning experience aiding the students gain a deep understanding of Scrum theory and principles.
