Professional Product Owner

Flanv International Inc.’s Professional Product Owner’s training is available to candidates who want to validate and improve their knowledge of the Scrum framework and the ability to support and deliver. Our training offers foundational knowledge that combines instruction from the best professionals with team-based exercises that aid the learners/participants on how the Scrum framework improves the product development efforts in an organization. Some of the different areas of Scrum that our training covers include – Agile Product Development, Value-Driven Development, Scrum Principles & Empiricism, The Scrum Framework, etc.

The Professional Product Owner allows the students to learn and explore Professional Scrum better and develop an understanding of all the critical roles that the Product Owner plays on the Scrum Team. Through our training program, the students/participants develop and strengthen their knowledge of the Scrum framework and develop techniques that they can use to help them overcome the challenges that are encountered in an organization.
